The purchased striker plate should be included in the box. The one supplied will not work with over 95% of doors and this is just a scam by Phillips to "upsell".

I received the damage product which make me very unsecured as could put the old back. But the customer service was great ,they always respond and act accordingly
Philips decieve customers by not disclosing the type of striker plate issued with the smart lock, only for customers to release they need a different one to suit their door. The flat striker plate supplied did not work on my door which has an architrave, so I needed to buy a different one, which is a piece of stainless steel for $90 + delivery. Complete ripped off. Honestly, I'll never buy another Philips product after this.

Pretty much says it all in the title.
I like the lock and the features, I've even managed to configured other RFID cards to open the lock (like my gym tag)
The fingerprint sensor can be hit and miss which has lead to being locked out for a few minutes.
The customer service is one of the worse i have ever experienced. You cant track whrn your item arrives, you csnt contact the business because they never pick up and the ai chat bot doesnt work. They also never reply bsck yo your email so essentially you are just left in limbo

My smart lock is an authorised Phillips smart lock retailer. I ordered Phillips Smart lock from them on 13 September with installation package of $349 which was at par if I arranged it separately. Immediately they emailed to send pictures of my existing local plus door dimensions.
It took bit of a time for installer to come and install it but they were quick on follow up and respond to my queries. Very professional.
Installer was quite experienced and did installation within an hour along with explaining basic functions to start using the lock.
Easy to install and easy program , love the key back up
Master code isn’t what is said in the manual so now I have a $500 paperweight and no lock for my house

You are the worst anonymous to deal with. If you want answers just look at the amount of emails I have sent and tour response time to my emails and phone calzs
Couldn’t get through, filed a claim on PayPal- still no response, AI assistance on the phone, no follow up, closed loop designed to ignore. They wont last long with such model.
Looks great and solid, hasn’t installed yet hopefully will last long.

The lock was installed completely however the cutting for the door latch was very poor (not properly done). I have to fix it again to make the door latch straight.
