The DDL505-5HBS supports an optional solar panel + LiFePO₄ battery power solution—high-efficiency, eco-friendly, and purpose-built for regions with abundant sunlight.

It supports solar charging for reliable, sustainable energy. In sun-rich environments*, the LiFePO₄ battery can be fully charged in as fast as 13.6 days*, based on around 5 hours of sunlight per day. With typical daily use—10 lock/unlock cycles—the battery lasts up to 2 months* on a full charge. Powered by green energy and built for long-lasting performance, the lock stays on without interruption—so you never have to worry about running out of power.
•*Sun-rich environments: refer to areas with an average of 6.8 hours or more of sunlight per day.
•*2-month: battery life is based on internal lab testing and may vary depending on actual usage.
•*13.6 days: lab-tested under variable lighting conditions, with approx. 5 hours of solar charging per day. Charging a 1200mAh LiFePO₄ battery took 13.6 to 17.2 days.
